These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Qrato ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Qrato mobile application and any associated services, websites, or tools (collectively, the "Service").
By installing, launching, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qrato. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using Qrato, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it would be prohibited by applicable law.
Qrato provides AI-powered recommendations for movies and TV shows based on your mood, preferences, and viewing history. The Service may also display informational text, summaries, and metadata sourced from public or third-party sources, including Wikipedia.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The Qrato name, logo, app design, source code, database, and user interface, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Qrato and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your personal device solely in accordance with these Terms.
Titles, descriptions, summaries, and other metadata that appear in the Service may come from third-party or public sources, including Wikipedia, and remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Qrato does not claim ownership of such third-party content, and any Wikipedia-derived content is subject to the applicable Wikimedia licensing terms.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
Qrato may display content from or links to third-party websites or services (such as streaming platforms or app stores). These third-party services have their own terms of use and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
Some informational content shown in the Service, including title descriptions or background summaries, may be sourced or adapted from Wikipedia or other public databases. Where applicable, Qrato may provide a direct link to the relevant Wikipedia article as attribution and as a way for you to review the original source. That material is provided for general informational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors.

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertisers and do not constitute endorsements by Qrato.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at admin@qrato.net.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
